This 1930s brick Georgian underwent a complete transformation, including a full gut renovation of the 12,000 sq. ft. residence, new slate roof, all utilities, generator, doors and windows, and a full landscape redesign. The project added a pool, pool/guest house, six fully renovated baths, new kitchen, heated 3-car garage, sunroom, and over 50+ window replacements to balance endurance with architectural integrity. Completed during COVID, the renovation preserved the home’s Georgian character while introducing the comfort, reliability, and function needed for modern living on a grand scale.
